Organization

In this section, you will find information about how to personalize and configure your Organization settings within your StackSpot account.

Organization Settings in StackSpot

Caution!

If you are part of an account but do not have permissions to configure the Organization, go to the Profile section.

Your StackSpot account is shared across all products: StackSpot EDP, StackSpot AI, and StackSpot Cloud. This means you can manage your organization's settings in one place, regardless of the product you are using. The account management portal has a dedicated address: http://myaccount.stackspot.com, but you can also access organization settings directly from the product portal you are using by clicking on your profile avatar.

If you have Account Holder permissions or are a member with management permissions, you can perform general organization settings. This includes adding members, defining permissions, and controlling how the StackSpot Platform is used. For example, you can establish rules for creating Studios and Workspaces, and manage how these resources are utilized by account members.

The StackSpot Account Portal is divided into two main sections:

  • Organization: Where you can perform general account configurations if you have the necessary permissions.
  • Personal Profile: Where members can manage their personal information.

As shown in the image below:

How to Access Your Organization Settings

Follow these steps:

Step 1. Go directly to the Account Portal; or after logging into the StackSpot Portal, click on your profile avatar.

Step 2. Select the 'Organization' option from the displayed menu.

And that’s it!

Attention!

If you do not have permissions to manage the Organization, this option will not be displayed.

Available Organization Settings

Here are the main options you can configure in the Organization section:

  • Products: Manage options for StackSpot EDP, Cloud Service, and AI products, each with its own settings.
  • Identity & Security: Configure SSO (Single Sign-On), view Event History, and manage Service Credentials.
  • Access Management: Add and manage Users, Permission Groups, and define Roles/Permissions.
Attention!

Users added to the company account do not have permissions to configure the Organization. This can change if the Account Holder modifies their permissions.
