Event History

In this page, you will find the steps to access the Event History.


What is it

Event History is a .csv file that lets Account Holders view all user-related events in their StackSpot EDP account for a selected period.

In this file, you can check the following information:

The file contains the following information:

  • Who performed the action
  • When the action was performed
  • What action was taken
  • What was changed as a result

Requirement

  • Only users with Account Holder permission can download the Event History file.

How to access the Event History

To access and download the file, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to the StackSpot EDP Portal;

Step 2. Click your profile picture, then select 'Organization';

Step 3. In 'General Settings', select 'Identity & Security'. Then, choose 'Event History';

Step 4. In the 'Initial date' field, choose the start date. Then, in 'Final date', choose the end date.

Step 5. Click the 'Export CSV' button to download the file.

You can now access the data of all events within the selected period.
