Event History

In this page, you will find the steps to access the Event History.


What is it

The Event History is a .csv file where you, as an Account Holder, can view data of all user-related events that occurred within your Account in the StackSpot EDP Portal over a specific period.

In this file, you can check the following information:

  • The person responsible for the action.
  • When the action was performed.
  • What action was taken.
  • What was changed as a result of the action.

Requirement

  • Only users with Account Holder permission can download the Event History document.

How to access the Event History

To access and download the file, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log in to the StackSpot EDP Portal;

Step 2. Click on your profile avatar and then select the 'Organization' option;

Step 3. In 'General Settings', click on the 'Identity & Security' section. Then, click on 'Event History';

Step 4. In the 'Initial date' field, choose the start of the period you want to view events for. Repeat the process by clicking on 'Final date' to set the end of the period.

Step 5. To download the file, click the 'Export CSV' button.

Done, now you can access the data of all events within the selected period.
