Introduction

In this section, you will find introductory information about your StackSpot Account.

Overview

Your StackSpot account is shared across all products: StackSpot EDP, StackSpot AI, and StackSpot Cloud. As such, the Account Management Portal has its own dedicated address: http://myaccount.stackspot.com. However, you can still access your account directly from the product Portal you are using by simply clicking on your profile avatar.

The StackSpot Account is of the Enterprise type, meaning it is managed by a Company (Organization) that oversees all primary configurations. This includes:

  • Adding members.
  • Assigning permissions.
  • Defining how the StackSpot Platform will be utilized. For instance, the organization establishes the rules for creating Studios and Workspaces and manages how these resources are used by Account members.

Account members can also manage personal settings and view details such as the permission group they belong to. For example, they can configure external connections, update their profile picture, change their password, and more.

The StackSpot Account Portal is divided into two main sections:

  • Organization: Where Account Holders and members with management permissions can configure organizational settings.
  • Personal Profile: Where each member can manage their personal account information.
