Studio Governance
On StackSpot, only the Account Holder and Account admin can manage some Studios. This is a possibility to handle the content in it. When a Studio has this management, if a Plugin or Action is published, it enters the governance flow.
The governance flow works for Plugins and Actions. Every time a content creator publish an Action or Plugin on governed Studio, you will see a warning and a justification on the terminal:
-
Warning: It is a message warning the organization has a Studio that goes through the governance process.
-
Justification: The content creator needs to insert a justification when creating Actions or Plugins.
You can work with Studio Governance in two different ways:
- As a Content Creator: Creating Plugins and Actions;
- As a Content Reviewer: Analyzing and approving the Plugin and Action publication.
