Edit Personal Information

Overview

You can view or edit some personal information in your account, such as:

• First and last name;
• Phone number;
• Email (view only);
• Edit password and recover password;
• Enable passwordless login: passwordless login is only enabled for Organizations that do not use the Single sign-on method;
• Reset OTP authentication.

Edit your personal information

To view or edit your personal information, follow these steps:

Step 1. Access the Account Portal directly; or after logging into the StackSpot Portal, click on your profile avatar;

Step 2. Click the 'My Profile' option;

Step 3. Ensure you are on the 'Personal Information' tab in the main menu;

Step 4. You will see a form with all the previously mentioned information. To edit it, click the 'Edit' button;

Step 5. Make the necessary edits and click 'Save'.

Update your profile picture

You can now add or update your profile picture on the StackSpot Portal.

Follow the steps:

Step 1. On the StackSpot EDP Portal, click on the 'Profile' button;

Step 2. You will be redirected to your Account page. Click on the profile picture icon. Select your profile picture and click the 'Save' button.

Your profile picture has been updated successfully.
