Remote Management of Workspaces and Connection Interfaces

Now it's possible to create and edit Workspaces remotely, that is, outside the EDP Portal. This is done in a governed way and can be integrated with external systems of each StackSpot customer.

Additionally, it is also possible to programmatically manage Connection Interface instances in StackSpot EDP through a remote and agnostic channel.
