Workflow Insights
In this section, you will find details about StackSpot Workflow Insights.
With the addition of StackSpot Workflow, the Insights menu available in your Studio now displays data related to Workflow content in StackSpot.
Viewing Insights
To access the Insights screen, follow these steps:
Step 1. Access the StackSpot EDP Portal;
Step 2. Click the Studios menu;
Step 3. In the ‘Content’ section of your Studio, click the ‘Workflows’ tab to view the Workflows published in your Studio;
Step 4. Click the Workflow for which you want to view Insights;
Step 5. Click the ‘Usage Insights’ menu.
The "Usage Insights" screen will display three tabs with the following information:
'Stacks' Tab
In this tab, you see a list of all Stacks that contain the Workflow you selected in the Studio.

| List with the name of each Stack that contains the Workflow. | Number of Workflow versions linked to this Stack. |
When you click on a Stack in the list, the following information is displayed:

List of each Workflow version linked to the Stack. Example: 1.0.2, 1.0.3, 1.0.4. | List of each Stack version linked to each Workflow version. Example: 1.2.0, 1.3.0, 1.4.0. You also have access to action buttons to view details or deprecate the Workflow version. |
'Workflows' Tab
In this tab, you see all Workflows that use the Workflow you selected. The Workflows are displayed in a list with the following information:

| List of the name of each Workflow that uses the selected Workflow. | The type of each Workflow using the selected Workflow. | Number of Workflow versions linked to the selected Workflow. |
When you click on a Workflow, you will see the linked versions and action buttons to view details of each linked version.
'Unused' Tab
In this tab, you see all versions of the selected Workflow that are not being used by any other StackSpot Content, Application, or Infrastructure. In the list, you will find the unused version along with action buttons to view details, deprecate, or unpublish the Workflow version.
