Partners Registration

In this section, you will find how to register a partner in the Service Catalog.

Permissions: You must have Account Holder permission to continue.

You can invite companies to be your partners. They can create a limited account and associate with your Enterprise one. They can also access your Service Catalog in StackSpot. Each Enterprise account can invite 10 Partner companies.

The Partners in this account have two types of permission:

  • Admin: A person who can invite other members to be part of the account and use the products.
  • Members: They can only use the products.

The first person you invite to be your partner will be the account's Admin.

To register and invite your partners, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log in to your StackSpot Platform account. In the left side menu, go to 'Settings' and click on 'Partners';

Step 2. Click on the 'Register partners' button;

Step 3. Fill out the information in the upper tabs:

  1. Partner info: Add your partner's name and logo, click on the 'Next step' button;

  2. In the Register Domain tab, enter your partner's domain:

If it is necessary to deactivate your partner's access, in the same 'Settings' section, follow the instructions:

Step 1. Under 'Settings' in the side menu, click on the subsection 'Delete partner';

Step 2: Click on 'Deactivate partner'.
