Add Links to Workspace

In this section, you will find:

  • How to add Links to a Workspace.

You can integrate external tools into a Workspace with Links. The Links are available in all Applications and Shared Infrastructures.

Follow the steps below to add Links to your Workspace:

Step 1. In your account, go to the Workspace you want to add a Link to;

Step 2. In the dashboard, in the bar below the application name, click on the button to the right with the Add symbol;

Step 3. Fill out the fields with the information. See an example:

  • 'Link's name': Service Now.
  • 'URL': https://www.servicenow.com.br.
  • Logo: Add an image. It's optional.

Step 4. Click on the 'Add Link' button.

Done!

You added a Link to your Workspace.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1. On the left side menu, click on the 'Links' tab.

Step 2. Click on the Link you want to edit.

Step 3. Click on 'Edit' and make the changes you need.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1. On the left menu, click on the 'Links' tab;

Step 2. Click on the Link you want to delete. Click on the Trashcan icon.

Warning!

You may not delete Links from your Workspace that come from Applications, and Shared Infrastructure. You can only delete Links added to your Workspace.

You can view all the Links in your Workspace. Go to the 'Dashboard' or click on the 'Links' tab.

See the available Links:

  • Links from the Applications created in your Workspace (You can't delete or edit it).
  • Links from the Shared Infrastructures created in your Workspace (You can't delete or edit it).
  • Links added to your Workspace.
